Location: EHS has several museums within the town of Eastham, but please visit their largest exhibit hall at the 1869 Schoolhouse Museum, 25 Schoolhouse Rd., Eastham, MA 02642.

Since the Eastham Historical Society’s founding in 1963, the Society has been committed to preserving Eastham’s past for Eastham’s future by preserving, sharing and partnering with our community.  Our vision is to create a place where Eastham History Comes to Life for residents and visitors alike.

Founded in 1958 as the Orleans Historical Society, our Vision is to bring culture and history to life and thus inspire a shared sense of community and pride in the rich heritage of our town.

Our Meetinghouse, the adjacent Hurd Chapel and the Gold Medal CG 36500 Motor Lifeboat all serve as gathering places or “centers” for learning and activities.

Location:  6760 National Park Dr.,  Twentynine Palms, CA 92277.  Established in 1982, the mission of the Twentynine Palms Historical Society Museum is to collect, preserve, and display information, artifacts and memorabilia pertaining to the culture and history of Twentynine Palms and the greater Morongo Basin. Our purpose is to educate and to make research materials available to the public.
